Basic Regulations (as of 12/15/25)

• 1. Official Japanese Neo Standard Banned and Restricted list takes precedence UNLESS You are playing an English Edition Exclusive deck (e.g Avatar), No Disney IP's are permitted for this event. You can Find the Japanese Banned and Restricted List Here, and the English Banned and Restricted list Here.
• 2. Your deck must have a Japanese decklog code attatched to it, you can make one Here. Unless your deck only exists in english, then make an english code Here.
• 3. Round Time is 35 Minutes, if no winner has been decided before time is called the match will result in a Double Loss
• 4. Swiss Rounds to top 8 single elimination
• 5. Accessories such as Playmats and Sleeves must be Family Friendly
